1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle all payment processing, tax calculation, and financial compliance. Your bank or credit card statement will show a charge from LEMON SQUEEZY, not Hexprite.

2. Free Tier & Donations

The Hexprite Monochrome Edition is provided 100% free of charge. Voluntary donations made to support the project are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error (e.g., wrong amount or duplicate charge), please contact us at contact@hexprite.com within 7 days, and we will reverse the transaction.

3. Premium Purchases (Coming Soon)

Once the Hexprite RGB565 (Pro) tier is released, we will offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for direct purchases. We also fully respect mandatory consumer rights, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU/UK customers.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@hexprite.com or use the "Manage" link provided in your original Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt. While we determine refund eligibility based on this policy, please note that Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue refunds at their own discretion within 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks and disputes.
