Code of Conduct
Version 1.0 — Last updated: August 2026
This document outlines the expected standards of behavior for all participants within the Hexprite community. Our goal is to foster a welcoming, inclusive, and productive environment where developers and artists can collaborate, learn, and grow.
Our Core Values
- Collaboration first: We actively seek partnership, knowledge sharing, and mutual support.
- Empathetic problem solving: We approach technical challenges and interpersonal interactions with a genuine effort to understand the viewpoints of others.
- Trust and transparency: We operate with transparency in our communications, decisions, and processes.
Expected Behavior
All communication should be clear, honest, respectful, and professional: in chat, forums, issues, email, calls, announcements, and private messages. Be considerate of others' time, give constructive feedback, and avoid demeaning, dismissive, or inflammatory language.
Unacceptable Behavior
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination, harassment, abuse, threats, or intimidation based on race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic, in any official space, online or in person.
Reporting Concerns
If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code, please report it immediately by emailing contact@hexprite.com. Reports are handled with confidentiality and respect.
