The Application

The Hexprite desktop application processes all your files locally on your device. However, to help improve the software, it does collect anonymous telemetry data by default:

• Basic crash reports and error logs are sent securely to our servers.
• This telemetry never includes your pixel art, image data, or personal files.
• You can completely disable this at any time by unchecking "Enable telemetry and report submission" in the Privacy Settings.
• If you submit a manual feedback or bug report, you can optionally include your contact email.

This Website

Hexprite.com is a static website. We do not use Google Analytics or other invasive tracking scripts. The only data processed is when you choose to make a donation or purchase.

Payments are handled entirely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, who securely processes transactions and adheres to their own strict privacy and security standards. We never see or store your credit card details.
