The Application

The Hexprite desktop application processes all your files locally on your device. However, to help improve the software, it does collect anonymous telemetry data by default:

• Basic crash reports and error logs are sent securely to our servers.
• This telemetry never includes your pixel art, image data, or personal files.
• You can completely disable this at any time by unchecking "Enable telemetry and report submission" in the Privacy Settings.
• If you submit a manual feedback or bug report, you can optionally include your contact email.

This Website

Hexprite.com is a static website. We use Umami Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics (such as page views, referral sources, and download clicks) to understand how the site is used and improve the project.

Umami is a privacy-first, GDPR/CCPA-compliant analytics platform. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal identifiers or IP addresses, and does not track you across other websites.

Memberships and voluntary sponsorships are processed securely through Patreon, who handles transaction processing and adheres to their own strict privacy and security standards. We never see or store your payment card details.
